🕒 Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

✅ Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible, all items must:

  • Be in perfect condition, unworn, and unused

  • Include all original tags and packaging

  • Be returned with the original shipping label showing the customer’s name and address visibly

  • Not show any signs of wear, washing, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.

✉️ How to Request a Return or Exchange

To begin the process, email us at support@aveniabrand.com.
We will respond within 48 hours with next steps and return instructions.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: banks or credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@aveniabrand.com.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or style? No problem! Contact us via email to request an exchange.
We recommend placing a new order after your return is accepted for the fastest turnaround.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on final sale

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or removed tags

  • Products returned without original packaging and shipping label with customer name/address

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
